The column "Topology type" in "Cloud-hosted environments" is not changing after an upgrade,
For example if I have an environment with this "Topology type": Dynamics 365 for Finance and Operations - Develop (10.0.1 with Platform update 25) and we apply the upgradew 10.0.2, the description is not chaging and it.
Should be really usefull that the column will update after an upgrade ot at least make it editable.

I have never expanded that column so much that I was able to read what it said... I think it is all right to be able to see which topology the environment originally was deployed with, but maybe not here. This overview should rather show current environment version info.
