It would be great to have an additional text field in the Resources section that allows for context regarding the provided resource. We currently have additional resources saved in a wiki and find it challenging to map this information in talent onboarding. That is because a link + name does not provide sufficient information if the number of links is very high and the new hire needs to judge for themselves what information might be relevant for them without clicking on all of the resources. The Activities section is not suitable for this information either because every activity needs to be marked complete before the entire onboarding process is finished. Alternatively it would also make sense to introduce mandatory and optional activities, where the onboarding flow is marked as complete as soon as all the mandatory activities have been completed.
