Having the option to include expected delivery time and the option to easily write vehicle car characteristics in the event there maybe a delay (e.g. kitchen equipment repair, safety cleaning, unplanned incident, etc....) maybe ideal.

Not having the option to include order expected delivery and the option to write vehicle characteristics, retail store may not have better control on the orders and consumer may not be happy not knowing with the no expected time.
