When a user wants to track an email in his Outlook, he only has the option to put one record in the "Set regarding". I think that it would be useful to make the user able to put multiple records from multiple entities (for example put an opportunity, a case and a contact).
I think it makes more sense this way than the current way, but maybe there is some limitation in the app.

Thanks for the suggestion. We are not investing in any new features for the Dynamics 365 app for Outlook. All our future investments will be in building Viva Sales and the future of M365 integration.

Please evaluate Viva Sales and the Microsoft 365 collaboration integration and open new feedback items against those applications accordingly.
