How do I select the members of a static segment using a query/search? It seems I have to select the static list members one by one when defining the segment, which is not very user friendly. 

It would be good if it was possible to add members to a static segment using some kind of search mechanism, similar to what is possible in CRM when advanced find can be used to add members to marketing lists.
