When we create a Contact in Dynamics 365 and fill the fullname and salutation standard fields, the fullname of the Contact is prefixed with the Salutation field when synchronised with Dynamics 365 app for Outlook.

if your Contacts are synchronised on your phone too, you can see all of your contacts with the formula "Mister Alexandre F" instead of simply "Alexandre F".


It will be great to have an option to disable this behavior in Dynamics 365 System Settings or to choose in which formula the fullname will be displayed once synchronised.
