It would be highly beneficial to be able to change the color of the text on the application. This would enable certain information to be better presented to the user.

A good use case is for locations. Some warehouses color code the side of the aisles, which can then be replicated in the mobile device (e.g. left side is yellow, right side is green, which would correspond in the mobile app as well). There's examples where similar thing improves efficiency by 10-15% of the people on the shop floor.
