Currently, there is no easy way to bulk archive or deactivate old Activity Data records that are no longer relevant (e.g., from closed facilities or past reporting periods). Users must deactivate records one by one, which is time-consuming at scale. A simple "select all + deactivate" or "archive by date range / facility" option in the Activity Data grid would save significant time during year-end cleanup and when transitioning between reporting periods.
