There is a gap in the product currently not having the calendar field being date effective. An enhancement to include the calendar field on the employment entity (employment details form) would be great. This will also need to link to the leave and absence module, to either mark all future absence transactions (that are pending or approved that falls after the new calendar effective date) as cancelled and to enable system email notifications to the employees and managers in the event of absence transactions being cancelled.
