Hi
This is regarding the "Conditions" column in Debugger. When we are dealing with some complex conditions (some thing like checking with Dates, string functions etc in the conditions) it might be difficult to understand why the condition is failing. If we can place a new column over there "Condition Explained (or whatever)", which will simply replace the replacement parameters used in the Condition and displays as is over there for developers it would become very easy to understand what are the values coming in reality and why the condition is failing. I don't know how complex it would be to do so, but one thing that would be greatly helpful for customizers and developers. Please see below image for more details.

Thanks for the idea. There are no new feature investments on USD and we recommend existing customers to plan to migrate to Customer Service Workspace (CSW) app, which is a web based app with OC and unified routing supported. Our future roadmap and investments are targeted at CSW for all agent/supervisor experiences specific to Customer Service.
