Add the new "Item Tracking on Lines" feature that is now available on the Item Journal to other item journals. Item Reclass, Consumption, and Output.

Why isn't this on the roadmap? It was already input in the Item Journal. It seems like it'd be very simple to add to the item reclass journal etc?

I am really confused as to why this was NOT implemented. The code is already there, is it not?
