Recent BC 1099 changes for the IRIS system to where we no longer need to purchase preprinted forms are great, but the forms do not fit in a standard, 'tax documents enclosed' windowed envelope. This is going to be incredibly labor intensive to label hundreds or thousands of labels, affix them to envelopes and hope there isn't human error, causing the wrong address label to go on an envelope. As is, there isn't a way to use the mail merge function in BC and filter for just vendors that had 1099 activity in the year, let alone activity that qualifies for the tax form for the year. This feels like a huge step back.
