As per the current design I understand that , RTM segments do not show up in this picker and There is no equivalent relationship between contact/lead and the (RTM segment) entities.

If we need to get the list of RTM segment members programmatically, you recommend that we use the Members List API instead as per the doc

However if you provide this same feature in RTM like we have in OBM without any custom logic that will be really great . Please consider this request and implement in near future .
