Currently, in Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (D365FO), views can only be published to users through security roles. This process requires assigning views to specific roles, which may not always align with the most efficient or practical means of distribution, especially in environments where user roles and responsibilities frequently change.

Proposing the addition of a feature that allows views to be published directly to individual users, independent of their security roles. This functionality would enable administrators to quickly and easily share tailored views with specific users, enhancing flexibility and user experience. Direct publishing would simplify the management of views, particularly for ad-hoc analysis or temporary needs, without the overhead of adjusting security roles.
