Please adds fields for Created By, Created On, Updated By, Updated On on all pages / lists. It is important to see when and whom has created a record in the system. Implement the same structure as you have in MS Dynamics 365

Thank you for your feedback. We released this feature as part of the functionality in Audit Fields.

To show the values of audit fields to the user, on list and card pages, a power user can add the fields. If a user need to lookup a value, they can also read it from the page inspector.
