In SSRS you can enable or disable client side printing. This already available feature could be appreciated if it was implemented in D365FOE report viewer.

The trouble is, when user click the [Print] icon, the user will be directed to the Network printing service and not the users printer driver, mounted locally.

The Question:

Basically, what the customers ask for is: When selecting [printer] ICON, Why can’t I select my printers, as I have in MS WORD?

The answer:

IF the Report Viewer seamlessly open a PDF version of the report with a PRINT CALL, the user would be prompt, with the PDF printing dialog… And have access to all locally printerdriver…

This is already described in SSRS, as I started by describing. :)
