Our customers are pointing out that they cannot visualise images copied in rich text in emails, when they view the emails in the timeline in Dynamics 365. The images are visible in Outlook. The workaround is to send the images as attachments, but it can be too time-consuming.

This would be an interesting functionality to develop within model-driven apps and Dynamics 365 platforms.
