Up and Down in Edit - Account Schedule

currently Ican't move from up and down when I edit the account schemes and it is difficult when you want to move the lines

I strongly agree. The move up/down and Promote/Demote behaviors are very counterintuitive. The up/down should simply move it up or down one row. If you demote a row, it should bold the row above it (if not already bold) and indent it under that row.
