Presently, years of service can be calculated based on one of these fields:

1. Employment start date
2. Adjusted start date
3. Seniority date

Change requirement - For employees who are on different leave types e.g., Maternity leave, long service leave or any other types of leave based on business requirement, ability to add the leave type which then updates the Years of Service to reduce the amount by the number of leave days. Example - YoS = 12 years, leave taken - 2010 to 2011, updated YoS = 11 years.

This will enable HR professionals to have an accurate view of the YoS across their employee base. Thank you.
