When we open the Case, Contact and Activity record etc. and do any modification on the form, without saving the changes to the record and clicked on close button and refresh button, we are getting a alert messages like this respectively.

1. Close Button-
2. Dialog Message: Close and discard the unsaved changes. Or cancel to go back and save your changes.
3. Dialog Buttons: Close without saving and cancel

1. Refresh Button-
2. Dialog Message: Do you want to save your changes before leaving this page?
3. Dialog Buttons: Save and Continue and Discard Changes

When customers are performing operation, they get confused and missing the changes they have made.

I would suggest having only one functionality and same set of dialogs to be display.
