The workflow history summary screen, the screen that list all the workflows including status is very useful. But sadly, is lacking two important things. A column for who submitted the workflow and a column for the approver. The great advantage of workflow is it let us easily enforce segregation of duties. But the one question I am constantly asked typically by external auditors is to provide a list of who submitted and approved certain journal types for the given audit period. There is currently no other way to get this unless you export the tables to a data lake or similar and create a custom report. The information is not available in the supplied data entity.

I was hopeful when I saw co-pilot had been added to the workflow history to provide this information. But to see the co-pilot summary you have to drill into each individual workflow where you can see this information anyway. Making of little benefit.
