Many HR departments want to track a large number of absence reasons (Sickness, maternity leave, doctor appointments, training, etc.), this means HR administrators have to enroll workers individually for any single open plan. Ability to enroll workers in all open Leave plans in one go would be very beneficial to improve hiring process in big organisations. Also a new parameter it's required to define which balances are shown to the employee in ESS. Some companies may want to show Holiday balances to their employees and keep other absences balances for HR and Managers records only. (For example, Sickness and other unplanned absences balances)
