Specifying the exact version of a dependency in the app.json is a bit painful.
It would be nice if you could specify the version in a dependency as 1.2.*.* which would match to any version number starting with 1.2.
This would allow us to make small bugfixes in extensions without affecting any dependent extensions.

Please delete - I just tested this again and it appears to work using 1.2.0.0
