Enable workflow for employee address changes so that any change can be approved/rejected and an email notification created .

I agree, in some countries, the change of address directly affects the salary, so in these countries, we cannot use the mentioned functionality because the change is valid immediately after the employee changes the data.
It is necessary to support not only the change of address but also all other data/tabs (Identification numbers, contact details, etc.) within "Edit personal details" with workflow and approval process.
