Having the option to include product testimonials and/or referrals, the user maybe able to future include product testimonies and referrals from prospects-qualified leads or customers RFI Request for Information, before placing a formal quote or an order.

Not having the option to include product testimonials or referrals, the end user may potentially track this outside the system.
