Add right click support for web app and modern client

This is a HUGE functional loss (as well as loss of many keyboard shortcuts) from the RTC.

I can right click on stuff in sharepoint and other web "apps" so why can;t we do it in this MS product

Here's an idea that focuses on right-click support to at least make 'open in new tab/window' available via right-click.
