Currently, CRM 2011 has role based forms which is possible only at the root Business Unit level. Also, we cannot associate views to security roles or users. For example, Siebel has the concept of Responsibility where we define the views and Forms available for profile and we tag the profile with users which will define the views and forms available to the user.
