OOB Rolebased forms not working in outlook offline client

We have Implemented OOB Role based forms in CRM 2011 for contact Entity. It works fine in Web client and outlook client online mode.

But when we opens the contact records on outlook offline client we are getting "Unexpected Error" Message. contact forms are not opening. Its happening because of Role based forms. when we remove Role based forms every thing working fine. Its not only for contact entity for any entity which has role based forms.

I think its a bug in the Outlook offline client. we are waiting from the long time for the resolution of this issue.

After installing latest Roll up-4 this issue has been resolved.
