The following features would help in license review and configuration:

• License configuration is focused on the label for the license object while the Usage summary report is focused around the AOT name. Solution - add the label to the License usage as well to assist in tracked down offending security settings
• A particular user is reported as needing SCM (4843 entitlements), Finance (2 entitlements) and HR (1 entitlement). Provide a means to identify what security is raising the needs for the entitlements so that it can be interrogated to determine if it is absolutely required or could be removed from the security roles for the user. The above example likely only needs SCM and we could avoid the attach licenses for Finance and HR.
• Provide a real time update to the report within F&O after a Security configuration change has been made. Currently reporting 2 to 8 hours to update ... this is not workable when trying to optimize license usage. I understand the delays in feeding security back to the Power Platform but no reason why it can't be visible in F&O almost immediately.
