Wish there is future option to include a double scoring, internal and external scoring, for purpose to evaluate job performance, tasks, skills, action items, file service diagnosis knowledge and skill outcomes, case management skill learned. Not featuring double scorings, (e.g. internal and external) we maybe potentially be exporting internal strategical information to employee team member on internal matters (e.g. capacity, budget, aptitude development, skill development, truthfulness, reliability, etc...)

Featuring double scorings, we may potentially have an opportunity to potentially advanced notify or conventionally notify outcomes scoring results on asset or liability skill on year end closings to the team member or team group summaries.
