In LCS, when creating a new "Cloud-hosted environment" the field "Environment name" can be 20 characters long.

But if you press "Advanced settings", select the tab "Customize virtual machine names" and write a name in the field "Specify a name for the Developer virtual machine" this name can only be 12 character long.

I suggest both names should be 20 characters.
