An important HR process is performance review that will translate in salary increase for employees. Today, the Compensation processes in D365 Human Resources is not linked to the performance rating of the worker to calculate the % of salary increase. It would be nice to be able to: • Define target salary increase % (this portion is doable now) AND have the possibility to setup a matrix for the salary increase of the worker based on the rating (see 1st image). • Even better, the matrix could look at 2 axes to determine the % of increase: the rating and the compa-ratio of the worker (see 2nd image). • Now to be really great, this would have to be attached to a salary increase budget and allow processing what-ifs scenarios for budget distribution.
