Wish there is an option to enable team synchronized coordination when processing a sales order for purpose to easily set responsibilities based on processing (e.g. placing a purchase order, 3rd party confirmation, 3rd party packing slip, 3rd party invoicing, 3rd party price change, 3rd party for ordering ONLY....)


Not featuring a synchronize sales order team building processing, user might potentially enable a user group along with rights and permission, based on a user, when potential legal entity policies may have a procedure based on vendor and/or contact persons and/or user team or department. (e.g. item volatility, hazard material, item compliance, transportation and personnel logistics, sociology, consumer psychology, legal entity coordination, relationship department....)
