For Dynamics 365 Sales (for Desktop) a first integration with teams phone system has been introduced

On the Desktop we are missing:

• browser window with dialer opens even if browser is closed
• if browser window is minimized or in background it should pop into foreground

On the phone (Power Apps mobile app) there is no similar function as Teams dialer. Please implement a similar functionality. That calls in Teams mobile:

• INCOMING calls via Teams
• display Name and account on incoming calls (in Teams app?)
• open contact details in Power Apps mobile apps (automatically, when call is answered)
• option to start phone call activity and make notes
• OUTGOING calls
• Siri/Google Assistant function to call a lead/contact from Dynamics 365 Sales who is not in Outlook contacts
• automatically open the Power Apps mobile app with contact details

Nowadays making phone calls for sales people happens often when the are on the road, on train or in between meetings. Mobile function is important to have the same information handy when out of office.
