We have feature to set quantity limit on Discount, but not other types of discount.
Case: Qty discount
- Purchase 2 get 5%, 3 -10 get 8%, 10 or more no discount
Case: Mix and match
- Purchase item A =1 EA, get 50% off item B for any qty up to 5
