Hello, i propose to add a simple feature that is to simply set a reminder email.
Today we have to create a workflow, but salesperson need to set easily reminders not only with tasks but receiving an email.
Exemple: when they create a quote, they should select, depending from the client, when they want to receive a reminder email if the quote is not signed.
Or when there is a expiring date, they need to receive an email one week before and so on.
Power automate is good but in a CRM it should be way more easier for salespersons to set a reminder and receive the corresponding email.
