I would like the ability to set the timezone at the environment level.

Currently, there is no functionality that allows you to manage and set time zones all at once at the environment level.

As an alternative, there is a way to manage it using XRMToolBox.

I would like Dynamics 365 to have the ability to centrally manage time zones at the environment level.

This feature improves customer convenience.
