Currently, you can surface values via the embedded website or PowerApp https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/dynamics365/mixed-reality/guides/pc-app-website-powerapps-link
Adding conditional logic, to select branches in the guide isn't currently supported but you could use PowerAutomate to dynamically change content in a guide based on the values in another system.
