When adding a new model-driven app to a solution, there used to be a way to copy another model-driven app: https://akhan.me/2020/11/23/how-to-make-a-copy-of-model-driven-power-apps-app/ and now that option is gone. You have to use XRMToolbox - Model Driven Apps Copier. Seriously ... please bring this back!
