When the accrual policy on enrollment is selected as prorated basis and if the employee is leaving the organization in the middle of the month(15th of March) the system is calculating leaves for whole month instead of 15days.

HR needs to have manual intervention to delete the accrual leaves for the month from leave bank and then again needs to perform accrual process manually.

Since there is lot of manual intervention we request you to consider as a suggestion where we expect some process automation to decrease manual intervention.
