At appsource it is possible to give a bad review anonymously, and in our cases, they have been followed by comments that they get stuck.
As an app publisher, I would like to be able to answer the comment to be able to get in contact with them or reply that we hear them and have fixed the issue. At the moment it just looks like I ignore the customer which adds to the negative picture of me as a publisher.
Microsoft should either remove the possibility to add reviews, good or bad, anonymously, or add the possibility for a publisher to answer a comment to help the customer forward in the comment or to get in contact.

Are there actually community guidelines for the AppSource? Haven't found any, if there aren't any - you should create them like others.
