The retention policy fails because no more than 10,000 records can be deleted at a time. However, the job queue cannot confirm this operation with a simple "yes" or "no."
Error Message:
"The maximum number of records that can be deleted at once has been reached. The maximum allowed is 10,000. Yes or No."
The key question is: why is this limit in place, and can it be increased? Many of our larger customers are experiencing issues due to this restriction. Currently, this problem occurs in BC24.4.
