Page management codeunit uses pages in the following order
- Conditional Card Pages
- Default Card Pages
- Default List (lookup) pages
This makes Page Management unusable for list pages if there are default/conditional card pages.
Please add ability to run also a list page (directly) so we can use this module also for list pages.
