Hi!
I wanted to confirm that this scenario is talking about check-ins and not registrations. So once someone registers, they get a QR code in the email which they use to check in to the event?
Or do you mean for every invitee, generate a QR code, which when scanned at the event - registers them and checks them in?

Sorry - stupid question - I support the idea - but what are you using to scan the QR codes? Something that integrates with Dynamics?
