I suggest to extend the number sequence on the system, the 10 Character not enough once we need to select more that segment like company name, for example area and the number: IBS-Personal-00001, so I suggest to extend to 20 characters not 10.
Another point, Putting a serial number for each legal entity, for example, the Personal employee number if there is more than one company.
