Use Case :

Let's say User 1 has created a document and When he sends the document for approval and the document must be approved by User 2, User 3 and User 4.


1. When User 1 request for approval,E-Mail is triggered from User 1 to User 2 to approve the document
2. When User 2 approves, E-Mail is triggered from User 1 to User 3 to approve the document
3. When User 3 approves, E-Mail is triggered from User 1 to User 4 to approve the document

The Expectation here is in Point 2 and Point 3, Email Notification should be triggered from User 2 and User 3.

Reason for this is

Point 1 :

If it was sent to a Senior Manager by a Team manager, I know that Team manager has reviewed it and approved it, and since the Order is of higher value now, It is Senior Manager's turn to approve.

A Senior Manager can see the details in the expense screen on who spend more, but he will not question the person who spend, rather I will question my Team manager who was empowered to manage the staff


Point 2 :


sales persons can be defined in the workflow, whereby a sales clerk can raise a sales order, and then submit to the sales person to check and approve, then route to his manager for further approval in view of the authority limit.
The approver will not want to see the name of the clerk, and assuming there is just one clerk to raise sales order, and 10 sales person who will be responsible for the sales order.
In this case, as a manager/approver, I would like to see the salesperson email as send on behalf, so that I can go directly to the sales person for query by simply replying to the approval notification email.
