When sending out emails in an Outbound Customer Journey, the system does only send out 1 email to each email adress, even though mulitple contacts exists with the same.
This does not work in Real-Time Journeys. It would be great if it did!
With 700 000 contacts in the database, it is really hard to maintain and prevent duplicates from existing - especially since data is importet from different systems also. So this feature would prevent the same customer from getting duplicates of marketing email.
