The absence calendar is linked to the calendar specified on the workers employment. There you can define which are the working days and which are the working hours for each day. In the manager absence calendar (and also the other absence calendars) only the working days are shown. It would be nice if for each day in the calendar also the working hours could be visualized, because a manager does not have access to the calendar information via My Team. This could be done via a pop-up when hoovering over the days.


There is also not link between the calendar specified on the workers employment which is used to build the absence calendars and the FTE specified on the position which can be used in the accrual calculation. It would be nice if there would be a way to have a validation in the system.
