It would indeed be very beneficial to be able to have all work aligned to the same staging and outbound locations for a single shipment/load at work creation (rather than having to realign manually/use anchoring).

You could argue that Dock/staging locations aren't being particularly well managed if all the work for a single location is not consolidated into a single outbound dock or staging location. The use cases for the standard dock management functionality are significantly reduced without this.
