Allow configuration to default the "Field Name" value when using an email template to email a contact. This would allow process efficiency when most to all cases sent are regarding a case and not tied to the contact directly. When hundreds to thousands of emails are sent daily, this would increase efficiency by not requiring additional clicks/selections and the potential for error.

Thank you for your valuable feedback. This feature is now available for enhanced email template selection.
Set "Skip Select Record dialog" setting to Yes to use this feature. With this feature enabled, record selection dialog will be skipped and record selection will be enabled as a tab within the template selection window. By default, Regrading record will be selected.
